So many cupcakes... so many cookies... how do you choose what to make? In the end, I've not chosen either and have opted to try out a chocolate cherry muffin recipe instead (i.e. the one in the photo above).
How did I choose?
- I think it's the safer option for a fan assisted oven, plus
- The muffin recipe I've chosen isn't as expensive to make as some of the cupcake and cookie recipes.
I'll have a go at making the muffins later in the week (after I've done my shopping and stocked up on all the necessary ingredients that is). I may even post a photo if they turn out nice!
